“Oh, there you go. All right. Um, first time. Streaming and got that. So awesome. So yeah, just every morning I do my daily planner and I want to share that with you guys, to inspire you guys to do the same thing, because the first thing you do in the morning is the most important. So I usually meditate, do yoga, stretch my body out.
What else? Workout just a little bit. Nothing crazy and Oh, obviously, you know, wash up and all that. Um, make sure I feel confident when I’m walking out the door and everything. I take care of my health like first thing in the morning, my mental, my monster routine. That’s like the most important thing in this, which I’m about to share with you now.
So. Every damages go that bright in the morning. And I’m sure with you guys. So first thing I usually do is set intent for the day. Like what am I going to accomplish today? So as there are 600, which is about right now, um, I need to meditate. I need to. Roll out my body with a pure wave and stretch.
Um, so what’s that behind you? Yeah, that’s my alarm to start. So it was at a hundred needs to do my mighty manifestation cause something my coach taught me pretty much. Right? My money goes like a thousand times. If you see me in person or like you see, I have a book with me. It’s a money manifestation book, and I write the same thing like a thousand times every day.
I don’t make it to a thousand because I’m always busy. I’m always busy. But, um, I do about 300 a day on a good day, so I got to start that as zero 700. So 800 I got to finish some questions at work and finish up some training. Um, 6,000 I got a bar. I’m going to start this. I started this thing called, I’m buying into the morning where I just do some pushups, kinda just pay the world’s for waking me up again.
Like it’s kind of an appreciation thing, but I do pushups to celebrate and do some classes, celebrate. So I want to do that in the afternoon by paying into the afternoon as well. As soon as I get home from work to think I wanted to do a 1.5 mile run, um, with my new weight vest, 40 pounds, that’s gonna fucking, it’s going to be something.
Yeah. Um, so I was going to be buying and staffs and know, and I got to that six 1600. 1700. I got to do something. I call it deep breaths, and I definitely want to teach that to my Facebook group. It’s something I created, um, from the inspired from the chain. And I went through, uh, recently or past four months.
Um, so when I got home about zero 700, I want to cleanse my environment. So it’s going to be playing of vibration, music, lighting, and candor. Like I always have live and the toxin from other people’s frequencies throughout the day because you’re affected by everybody all the time whenever you’re around somebody.
So I definitely want that. Make it a point to cleanse myself when I stepped into my house, cleanse my body, and in suddenly annexed and suddenly in terms of that, my spirit externally, Chevron, usually I just take it at night, but you see it as something and they tell them, I’ll wash it up. I want my skin to dry out.
Um. At 20 a hundred I want to do breath work and 2100 I want to reflect in my nighttime reflection. What have I been slipping off? Just reflect what has worked throughout the day. Like I’m telling you what I’m going to do for the day, but at the end of the day, I need to know what works, what doesn’t work, so I don’t keep doing what worse.
I keep doing more of what works and don’t do like doesn’t work. Right? So things that I want to accomplish today. Um, so I want to start my unit method and my Facebook group, and I think it’s going to provide a lot of different values to different guys. It’s going to be kind of like mini courses that I set up through my Facebook group, and I can simply just, um, it’s going to be like a video.
It’s going to have, um, PDF PDFs built into it. Um. Pretty much how to instruction videos on like every single chapter of authentic CHOGM that I am, my method for, my life business relationships that I created. So that’s gone create like crazy value. Um, doing my lot of video, which is you don’t right now.
Easy, easy money. I’m finishing my new master routine. I got new Masa routine, um, for 2020 that I’m going to use to like the story 2020, like I’m prepared for it right now. Like, you’re going to see, like I’ve probably seen inconsistent in my posts, but it was, I just like tests like 20, 20, Oh, 2020.
It’s going to be fucking, I’m going to be a problem. Definitely my energy about the fucking wow. Um. So why do I have to conduct these things? So while I got to do my first live video, which I’m doing now, because I’m going to start doing it daily, um, I’m a inspirational energy. Like, and I want to be that in every, every facet of my life.
So why not share the positive things that I do in the morning to keep me motivated and keep my energy? I simple. Um. Why do I need to start the unit method and the Facebook group? Because I want to start helping them out in different ways and in more ways and be more positive. And how is it bringing me closer and moving my business forward is because I’m going to be come closer and closer and closer.
The more execute on positive things and inspirational things, I’m going to be closer and closer to being a cleaner. In my field, which is a introvert coaching niche. I want to be a cleaner. I want to be the top person in the niche, and it’s definitely going to happen because I’m the perfect person to do it.
Um, it’s about eight minutes. I feel like that’s good enough for today. I got a lot more, I could talk for like an hour about what I’m about to do today, but, um. That’s it for now. So about the finish on my daily routine. Get to work on time and do my thing today. I hope you guys have a great day too.”
