  • Jurisdiction of formation

  • Identification Number (TIN, EIN, LEI, etc.)

  • Date of Birth

CTA FILING DEADLINES

  • Reporting Rule goes into effect January 1, 2024
  • Reporting companies created PRIOR TO January 1, 2024 have one (1) year to file
  • Reporting companies created AFTER January 1, 2024 must file within 14 days after effective formation
